Each IHF Studio design is made to order and individually crafted by our atelier for each client.

Before production begins, our Client Services team is available to assist you with:

  • Selecting the appropriate size

  • Styling and coordination

  • Silhouette and fit guidance

Our aim is to provide each client with a considered and seamless purchasing experience.

1. Customized Products

IHF Studio offers customization services that allow clients to personalize selected design details or elements of a garment’s construction.

Customization fees range from 15% to 30%, depending on the complexity of the request, from minor detail adjustments to more substantial changes to the original silhouette or construction.

Each request will be carefully reviewed by our specialist team. A detailed quotation will be provided, and production will proceed only after the proposed adjustments and associated fees have been confirmed and approved by the client.

As every product is individually made for each order, IHF Studio does not offer standard returns or exchanges. However, should a product present an issue attributable to IHF Studio, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy, we are committed to working closely with the client to determine an appropriate resolution.

2. Our Commitment

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the refined workmanship reflected in every IHF Studio design.

Should your order present a manufacturing issue, our team will carefully review the circumstances of each case and provide support in accordance with the Brand’s applicable policies and procedures.

3. Manufacturing Issues

If you believe that your product presents an issue attributable to IHF Studio, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • An unboxing video and clear photographs showing the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

Our team will review the information provided and respond within 24 hours with an appropriate proposed resolution.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Each IHF Studio product is individually produced after an order has been placed.

We therefore encourage clients to:

  • Review the product description carefully before placing an order

  • Contact our Client Services team for guidance regarding size, silhouette, fit, or styling before making a purchase decision

5. Conditions of Review

For a request to be considered, please ensure that:

  • IHF Studio is notified within 24 hours of receiving the order and provides a complete unboxing video and clear photographic evidence

  • The product remains in its original condition

  • The product has not been worn or used

All requests relating to manufacturing issues will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
